Shivraj Wankhede

Shivraj Wankhede has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Shivraj started their career as a Sales Intern at Jay Vijay Motors Pvt Ltd in 2016. Shivraj then worked as a Project Intern at Cummins India Ltd, where they focused on the design analysis and manufacturing of indexing fixtures. In 2018, they interned as a Quality Intern at Kothari Autolink Pvt. Ltd. In 2019, they worked as a Machining Engineering Co-op at Cummins Inc., where their responsibilities included tool management, process capability studies, and developing quality procedures. From 2020 to 2021, Shivraj worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cummins Inc., leading troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement projects for production line machinery. In 2021, they joined MilliporeSigma as a Process Engineer, where they led continuous improvement projects on automated manufacturing equipment. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Engineer at Mana Products.

Shivraj Wankhede obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology between 2013 and 2017. Shivraj then pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Systems Integration at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Shivraj Wankhede obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in July 2021. Shivraj also received a Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) certification from Cummins Inc. in February 2020. Furthermore, Shivraj obtained a Minitab Quality Trainer Program certification from Cummins Inc. in July 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the Rochester Institute of Technology in September 2018. Shivraj Wankhede also acquired expertise in Hybrid Electric Vehicles-Performance and Environmental Impact through a certification program at Purdue University in September 2017. Lastly, they completed a Purdue University Dynamics-Kinematics program in June 2016.
