Nertila B.

Nertila B. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nertila started their career in 2010 with an internship at the Ministry of Finance, Albania. In 2012, they completed an internship at Koncept NJ shpk before moving on to work as a Part-Time Assistant in Public Relations at The American College of Thessaloniki from 2009 to 2011.

In 2016, they joined TokenMarket and worked as a Digital Asset Analyst until 2019 when they were promoted to General Manager until 2019.

In 2020, Nertila joined FirstBlood as a Team/HR Manager and later transitioned to the role of Head of People Operations. Nertila then moved on to Mana Interactive Inc. as their Head of People Operations in 2022.

Nertila B. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration/International Business from the ACT - American College of Thessaloniki. Nertila also has a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Economics from the University of Tirana. In addition to their degrees, Nertila has obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics: Unlock the Value of Human Capital from The Wharton School in September 2021.
