Thomas Evans

Thomas Evans has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on supporting the needs of employees and management in various organizations. Thomas started their career as an HR Generalist at The MENTOR Network, where they provided HR support to approximately 350 employees across multiple offices. Thomas then joined The Home Depot as an HR Generalist, responsible for 250 employees within a distribution facility. At Church & Dwight, Co., Inc., Thomas served as an HR Generalist, overseeing 150 employees in two different facilities. Thomas then joined CEMEX as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support to 500 employees in multiple facilities. Thomas continued to advance their career at BYK USA Inc., where they served as a Human Resources Manager, supporting over 200 employees across two production facilities. Currently, they hold the role of VP of Human Resources at Managed Facility Solutions, where they provide HR leadership and support to operations in Texas and California. Throughout their career, Thomas has gained experience in areas such as employee relations, labor relations, benefits administration, and contract negotiation. Thomas has also supervised and managed teams of HR professionals.

Thomas Evans attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
