Catherine Kapferer

Catherine Kapferer serves as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. since August 2024, where the focus is on supporting post-acute healthcare providers. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Sanguine Biosciences, Senior Director of Human Resources at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, and various positions at ConvaTec, LabCorp, Covance Inc., and Merrill Lynch & Co., culminating in the role of Global Vice President of Human Resources. Catherine Kapferer holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Rider University, a certification in Human Resources Management from Pace University, and completed an Executive Education program at The Wharton School, in addition to earning a Bachelor of Arts from Marist College.
