Alex Joy has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. From 2007 to 2011, they held the role of Technical Advisor at HiWired, Technical Advisor, Premium Technical Support at Radialpoint, and CEO, Editor-in-Chief at TechREACTION. In 2011, they joined Network Coverage, where they held the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Business Officer, Vice President of Operations, and IT Services Manager. As Vice President of Operations, they worked directly with the CEO to implement company-wide processes and procedures, company growth programs and strategy. As IT Services Manager, they supported over 100+ different companies as part of a growing client-base, consulted for all clients, determined needs and spearheaded projects for deployment and maintenance. As Senior IT Consultant, they were responsible for supporting thousands of users and machines for over a hundred clients on a day-to-day basis.
