Danielle Hamra Hooker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Danielle started their career at StudentCity.com in 2005 as the College Campus Manager for La Salle University. Danielle then moved on to work as the Alumni Relations Project Coordinator at La Salle University. In 2007, they joined Drexel University, initially as an Event Coordinator and later promoted to Assistant Director and then Associate Director for Protocol & Special Events.

In 2010, Danielle joined the University of Southern California as the Business Manager for the Ming Hsieh Institute in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Danielle played a pivotal role in establishing the institute and developing its mission, policies, and project goals.

After their tenure at the University of Southern California, Danielle transitioned to Managed Solution in 2014. Initially, they served as the Marketing & Engagement Manager, responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and managing the Microsoft Partner Incentives and Investments program. Danielle also worked on strategic initiatives like website refresh, partner portal development, and department restructuring. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of National Channel Partner Manager, where they further enhanced the company's partner ecosystem and achieved significant sales growth.

In 2021, Danielle started their own company, Hamra LLC, where they worked as a contractor. Currently, they are the Alliances & Partnerships professional at Managed Solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

Danielle Hamra Hooker attended La Salle University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Communication & Digital Art with a focus on Public Relations. In addition to their formal education, Danielle has obtained several certifications. In May 2016, they became ClickDimensions Certified. Later, in September 2017, they received the Microsoft US Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator Certification from Microsoft. Lastly, in March 2018, they obtained the Immersion Experience Elite Facilitator certification, also from Microsoft.
