Holly Mooney

Holly Mooney, M.Ed., is an experienced professional with a strong background in instructional design and curriculum development. Currently serving as Domain Director for Grants and Assistance as well as Human Capital & HR at Management Concepts since July 2007, Holly has utilized various instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and AGILE, to develop engaging learning solutions across multiple formats. Previous experience includes roles at T-Mobile as a Computer Forensics Coordinator and at Medstar Television as a Writing and Production Intern. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Design and Technology, along with a graduate certificate in e-Learning and Instructional Design from George Mason University, and a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
