Ravena James has extensive experience in client engagement and customer service, currently serving as a Client Engagement Manager at Management Concepts since August 2009, where responsibilities include supporting business development managers and executing corporate and government events while fostering strong client relationships. Earlier experience includes a clerk position at Chaplin & Gonet from 1997 to 2001. Ravena holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Studies in Women and Gender from the University of Virginia, earned between 1997 and 2001.
