Carolyn Allison

Carolyn Allison, MPH, serves as the CEO of Charlotte Community Health Clinic since June 2016, leading a federally qualified health center that provides primary care, dental, and behavioral health services in Charlotte and surrounding areas. In addition, Carolyn operates as an independent contractor for Management Solutions Consulting Group, conducting HRSA Administrative site visit reviews and offering technical assistance to community health centers. Carolyn also holds the position of President at Creative Health Care Consultants, a management consulting firm focused on improving health outcomes. Previous roles include CEO at The C.W. Williams Community Health Center and Medical Office Administrator at Kaiser Permanente, among others. Carolyn's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health Care Management from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rutgers University.
