Associate Vice President at New York Stem Cell Foundation

Jacob Simon's work experience includes various roles in quality assurance and management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Jacob began their career at VI Technologies in 1995, where they served as the Manager of a department responsible for coordinating various testing activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2001, they joined IRX Therapeutics, Inc. and worked their way up to become the Senior Director of Quality Control. In this role, they led a team responsible for conducting comprehensive testing to ensure the company's products met FDA and European Union regulations. Since 2019, Jacob has been working at The New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute, initially as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and later as the Associate Vice President. As Associate Vice President, they continue to contribute their expertise in quality assurance to the organization.

Jacob Simon earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Medical Biology from LIU Post, which they completed between the years 1988 and 1991. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Botany from the University of Kerala, starting in 1973 and graduating in 1985. Additionally, Jacob obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Education from the University of Kerala in 1983-1984.
