Michelle Solorio

Michelle Solorio, PhD, is a seasoned professional in education policy and humanitarian monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as Technical Manager for Education at Management Systems International since April 2022, Michelle has previously held critical roles including Lead Associate for Humanitarian MERLA at Save the Children US, where significant contributions were made to multi-sectoral humanitarian activities in challenging global contexts. With a strong background in qualitative research, survey design, data analysis, and educational program evaluation, Michelle has collaborated with various organizations, including Michigan State University and Vanderbilt University, spanning over a decade of impactful work. Michelle holds a PhD in Education Policy from Michigan State University, an MEd in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University, and a BSBA in International Business from the University of Denver.
