Patrick Tobin

Patrick Tobin is currently working as a Sr. Project Manager at Management Systems International since November 2021. Prior to this role, Patrick gained experience as a Project Manager at various companies such as Tetra Tech, Institute for Public-Private Partnerships, and Classic Painting and Decorating Incorporated.
