Steve Hansch is an experienced professional in global health and humanitarian efforts, currently serving as Team Lead for the Evaluation of the AFIAT Program at Management Systems International. Hansch has a long-standing involvement with Relief International as a board member since June 1998, contributing to its growth from a $6 million to a $170 million organization and supporting fieldwork in various countries. Additionally, Hansch serves as a faculty member at George Washington University, teaching graduate courses in health and nutrition. As an advisor to NGOs at Konektid International, Hansch assists Compassion International in program development, and as Chairperson of the Board at the World Hunger Education Service, Hansch advocates for solutions to hunger. Previous roles include advising for International Business & Technical Consultants, and leading studies for USAID on attacks against health facilities in conflict zones. Hanach holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, a Master’s in Public Health from Boston University, and has pursued further education at Tufts University and San Diego State University.
