Lamya Salami

Lamya Salami is an experienced IT consultant specializing in IT transformation management, currently working at Managers en Mission since July 2020. Prior to this role, Lamya co-founded NikiTeam, providing enterprise consulting services that included project management and digital strategy from June 2016 to June 2020. From January 2015 to May 2016, Lamya was involved in corporate strategy consulting at Des-Kodes, focusing on brand identity and organizational development. Previously, at Bouygues Telecom from February 2006 to January 2015, Lamya held multiple roles, including E-shop Manager, where responsibilities included IT management and project governance. Early career experience includes working as a Java/J2EE developer at IBM from March 2004 to January 2006. Lamya holds a DESS in Application Software Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
