Carolina Monteiro

Carolina Monteiro possesses a diverse background in technical support and neuropsychology, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at ManageXR since January 2023. Previous roles include Remote Senior Happiness Engineer and Remote Happiness Engineer at WP Engine from 2020 to January 2023, and Remote Happiness Engineer at Flywheel between 2018 and 2020. Carolina co-founded NeuroAV, overseeing customer experience and team management from 2014 to 2017, and worked as a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Hospital Geral de Santo António, SA from September 2013 to September 2014.
