This role is perfect for someone with a strong project management background who likes to apply their theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge, and practical experience to plan and oversee projects from initiation to final report, on time, on budget, and within scope, for our Clients. This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Reporting to an Executive Director, responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of the Client Project Portfolios
Plan and oversee all aspects of a project and meet all project goals on time, and within budget
Enforce and uphold the Project Management phases within the contracted projects
Organize people, time, tasks, and resources to bring about a successful conclusion to a project with a final project report
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific the Project Management Portfolio as required
Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with Managing Matters core values and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles and values for Managing Matters
Foster an environment of teamwork and unity across all specializations and client teams
Understanding of the literature review and peer-review process in research
Assisting with submissions for new business proposals
Final delivery of instructional and informational products as well as badging programs
Experience surveying and interviewing industry professionals and focus groups related to projects assigned
Maintain quality control and ensure KPIs outlined for the client projects are being fulfilled to meet the client needs
Client leadership duties as assigned
