Manoj Chandran

Manoj Chandran has extensive work experience in various industries, including mental health, marketing, and media. Manoj is currently the Head of Marketing at Manah Wellness, where they focus on workplace mental health and developing psychologically safe environments for employees. Prior to this, Manoj served as the Chief Executive Officer of White Swan Foundation, a not-for-profit organization providing knowledge services in the field of mental health. Manoj was also a Leadership Group Member at Ashoka Innovators for the Public. Earlier in their career, Manoj held senior positions at MindTree Ltd. and CyberMedia India Online Ltd. Manoj began their professional journey as a Business Correspondent at The Times of India.

Manoj Chandran completed their postgraduate diploma in Mass Communications from Xavier Institute of Communications in 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Institute of Science Mumbai, which they completed between 1988 and 1992.
