Alizée Gagliardi

Alizée Gagliardi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as the Director of Anesthesia Operations at Manatee Memorial Hospital, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Practice Administrator and later Practice Manager in General Surgery at Manatee Physician Alliance from July 2022 to August 2023. Alizée also has experience in operations and donation management as the Deputy Director of Operations and Large Donations Lead at Get Us PPE from May 2020 to July 2021. In addition, they held the position of Business Strategy Manager at Kompose Hotels from May 2019 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Alizée worked as a Student Consultant at Rasa Spa, Cornell University Healthy Futures: Graduate Chapter, Canyon Ranch, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Alizée also served as a Clinical Research Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital and held various roles at Tufts University, including Senior Intern, Program Manager, and Research Assistant.

Alizée Gagliardi pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their high school degree in Scientific Baccalaureate with a major in Physics and Chemistry from Lycée Français de New York, a school they attended from 2011 to 2014. Alizée then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from Tufts University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they attended Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Management in Hospitality with a focus on Corporate Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Alizée also obtained several certifications. In June 2017, they completed Research Coordinators Phlebotomy Training at Massachusetts General Hospital. In the same year, they also obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health. In January 2016, they obtained the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) certification from the University of Miami, specializing in Social & Behavioral Research and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research. Most recently, in August 2020, Alizée completed Spokesperson Training at Ogilvy.
