Carol Towey

Carol Towey has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and coaching. Carol worked as the Director of Talent Management at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where they played leadership roles in talent management, recruiting, onboarding, and training. Carol also served as a Senior Advisor in Practice Management at Manatt Health Strategies, where they were responsible for various aspects of talent management, organizational development, and planning. Prior to that, Carol was the Founder and Executive Coach at Calyx Coaching and Development, LLC, where they worked one-on-one with senior executives to enhance their leadership skills and advance their careers. Carol has also worked as a Marketing Consultant for healthcare clients, a Vice President of Marketing and Managed Care at St Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center, and a Vice President of Network Development at Private Health Care Systems. Carol has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Connecticut.

Carol Towey has a diverse education history. In 1976, they attended the University of Maryland Baltimore and graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In 1982, they pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania and participated in their Graduate Nursing Program for two years. In 1985, they briefly attended the University of Connecticut, where they earned a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Business and Health Care. In 1988, Carol Towey completed a Certificate program at the Columbia Business School in Executive Training and Marketing. Their most recent educational endeavor was in 2009 and 2010 when they enrolled in the Accomplishment Coaching program and became a Certified Coach in Executive Coaching.
