Erin Rotgin, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and legal roles. Currently, Erin is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where they lead the HR and Benefits teams, oversees diversity and inclusion initiatives, and manages office administration. Prior to this, Erin served as an Advisor at FFODUS, LLC. Erin also held various positions at Fox Networks Group, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Latin America, where they led a global team and implemented best practices in HR. Erin also worked at Fox Group as Vice President, Employment Litigation, handling employment claims and providing counsel. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Department at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court, and had roles at Georgetown University Law Center and the American Civil Liberties Union.

Erin Rotgin, SPHR, obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993. Erin's early education includes attending Harvard-Westlake School (formerly Westlake School for Girls) from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their academic qualifications, they are certified as a JD by the State Bar of California and also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
