Jonathan Lemberg

Jonathan Lemberg is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in debt and equity financing, venture capital, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic outsourcing. Currently serving as Counsel at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP since August 2019, Jonathan previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Osborn McDerby LLP and Partner at Farella Braun + Martel LLP, advising on various corporate transactions. Earlier in their career, Jonathan was a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, focusing on transactions in China and Asia, and served as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling, working on diverse corporate finance matters. Jonathan's educational background includes a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Far Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago, along with studies at Rikkyo University and the Stanford Center.
