Katie Rubinger

Katie Rubinger currently serves as a Senior Manager at Manatt Health, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Katie worked as a Legislative Assistant for Senator Jon Tester from February 2019 to June 2021 and as a Policy Advisor for the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee under Senator Charles E. Schumer and Senator Debbie Stabenow from February 2017 to February 2019. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Health Policy Associate at the Alliance for Health Reform and as a Legislative Consultant for Advocates for Children and Youth, where Katie played a key role in the successful passage of Maryland legislation regarding Medicaid dental benefits for transitioning foster youth. Katie's early career included research and administrative roles in the United States Senate and a background in fitness as a certified Personal Trainer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from the University of Virginia.
