Rachel Sher

Rachel Sher is a seasoned professional in the field of life sciences and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP since January 2022. Previously, Rachel held significant roles, including Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs at the National Organization for Rare Disorders and Deputy General Counsel at the Association for Accessible Medicines. Rachel has extensive experience with the FDA, serving as a Senior Policy Analyst and as an intern in the Office of Policy. Other notable positions include Senior Counsel for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and FDA Counsel for Representative Henry A. Waxman. Rachel's legal career commenced as an Associate at Hogan & Hartson and includes roles as a Trial Attorney and Assistant State Attorney.
