Scott Schwartz

Scott Schwartz is a Partner and Leader of M&A, Capital Markets, Private Equity, and Finance at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, a position held since July 2006. In this role, Scott provides guidance on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and venture capital finance across various industries. Additionally, Scott serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at American University Washington College of Law, teaching a course on Mergers and Acquisitions Law. Scott holds a JD/MBA from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and Olin Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
