Vainika Prakash

Vainika Prakash is currently the Assistant Vice President- HR at MANCER Consulting Services since June 2014. Prior to this, Vainika worked as an HR Business Partner at Evalueserve Pvt Ltd from June 2010 to January 2012 and as a Sr. HR Executive at ATS Services Pvt Ltd from February 2008 to June 2010. Vainika has a PGDBM in Human Resource from EMPI Business School and a B.A (Voc) in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from College of Vocational Studies, DU. Throughout Vainika's career, responsibilities have included handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, conducting interviews, and managing induction and orientation processes.
