Steve Welsh has extensive experience in information and communication technology, currently serving as the ICT Manager for Housing Services at Manchester City Council since July 2021. Prior to this role, Steve Welsh worked at Northwards Housing Ltd from December 2005 to December 2022, where positions included ICT Manager, ICT Service Delivery Manager, and Senior ICT Support Officer. Steve Welsh completed education at Moston Brook High School.
