Matthew James Willans

Matthew James Willans is an experienced football coach with a diverse background in coaching roles at various organizations. Currently serving as the U12 Lead Coach at Manchester City Football Club since August 2023, Willans previously held positions as a Sports Coach at SM Sports and an Academy Coach at Bradford City AFC. Willans has also contributed to the youth development programs at Manchester City Football Club and Project Sport, as well as coaching in schools in Shanghai with Shanghai Leader. With a foundational education from All Saints Catholic College, Willans has demonstrated a commitment to delivering enjoyable and challenging training sessions throughout a coaching career that spans several years.
