Alan Hardman Bsc McIat (Hons)

Alan Hardman BSc (Hons) MCIAT has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Alan started their career at Salford City Council as a Senior Architectural Technologist from June 1999 to March 2003. Alan then worked at Hewden as a Building Surveyor from April 2003 to January 2006. From June 2006 to June 2011, they were a Client Side Project Manager at A-Plant. Alan joined Fairhurst Estates in June 2011 as a Senior Building Surveyor, where they worked on various projects for clients including Speedy Hire, National Tyres, and Viking International Hi Q. In November 2015, they transitioned to Lidl UK as a Construction Project Manager, responsible for managing the construction of new stores and modernization projects. Alan later joined Hewden as a Client side Property Surveyor from June 2016 to November 2016. Currently, Alan is working at Manchester United as a Construction Project Manager / Surveyor since January 2017.
