Ashley de Vera Davey

Ashley De Vera Davey is an experienced professional in both football and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Academy Scout for Manchester United since January 2021, Ashley focuses on identifying talent in North Wales and Cheshire. Previously, as Treasurer/Finance Director at Flint Town United Football Club, Ashley aimed to build a sustainable club within Welsh football. Earlier roles include First Team Scout at Mansfield Town Football Club, where live game observations and video analysis of players were conducted. Ashley's extensive background in technology includes significant positions as Account Director at DXC Technology and CSC Computer Sciences, managing accounts across various industries, and IT Service Delivery Manager at both ITS and KWIK SAVE. Career beginnings include an apprenticeship at BAE Systems, with ongoing engagement in IT management roles. Education was completed at Ruthin School between 1972 and 1976.
