Collette Roche

Collette Roche has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Collette started their career in 2002 as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner at United Utilities, where they developed an HR strategy and led various HR initiatives. In 2007, they became the Head of Resourcing & Talent, leading the UU Transformation Programme and developing talent management frameworks.

In 2009, Collette joined United Utilities' commercial and international arm, Utility Solutions, as an HR Director. Collette was responsible for the HR strategy development and operational delivery, working with the Board to identify and win new business and leading a global HR team.

Collette then held executive roles at Connaught PLC and Manchester Airport Group (MAG), where they served as the Executive Director of HR, IT & Transformation. At MAG, they reported to the CEO and was responsible for HR, CIO, and group-wide transformation activities.

From 2014 to 2017, Collette served as a Non-Executive Director at JW Lees Brewery and as a Governor on the Board of Directors at Manchester Metropolitan University.
