Rachel Fraser

Rachel Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel started as a Junior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting in 2006 and then worked as a Marketing, Sales, and Service Consultant at Capgemini from 2008 to 2009. Rachel then joined the BBC as a Policy and Public Affairs Manager for BBC Learning from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Business Manager at BBC North, where they were responsible for international delegations, events, and governance processes.

In 2016, Rachel joined Manchester Airport as a Communications and Engagement Manager, overseeing internal communications and staff engagement. During their time there, they also handled communication and engagement for MAG Group Functions for five months. Rachel moved to MAG (Airports Group) in 2017 and held multiple roles, including Communications and Engagement Manager for Group Functions and MAG Online, Interim Head of Internal Communications & Engagement, and Head of Employee Experience. Rachel was responsible for internal communications, colleague engagement, and supporting the creation of a new digital team.

Rachel currently works at Manchester United as the Head of Internal Communications since November 2019.

Rachel Fraser attended Durham University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Politics with a focus on Political Science and Government.
