Rachel Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel started as a Junior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting in 2006 and then worked as a Marketing, Sales, and Service Consultant at Capgemini from 2008 to 2009. Rachel then joined the BBC as a Policy and Public Affairs Manager for BBC Learning from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Business Manager at BBC North, where they were responsible for international delegations, events, and governance processes.

In 2016, Rachel joined Manchester Airport as a Communications and Engagement Manager, overseeing internal communications and staff engagement. During their time there, they also handled communication and engagement for MAG Group Functions for five months.
