W. Thomas Smith

W. Thomas Smith currently serves as Dean and Dean of Pharmacy Programs at Manchester University since May 2017, having previously held the position of Assistant Dean for Assessment & Accreditation at Manchester University College of Pharmacy from May 2015 to July 2024. Smith's extensive academic career includes roles as a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Co-Curriculum at the University of Florida from July 2008 to June 2023, as well as Director of the Online Master of Science Program in Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy. Smith has also been active in various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and American Society for Pharmacy Law. Prior academic roles include Assistant Professor at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Smith holds a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and a PharmD from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis.
