Andrew Chai

Andrew Chai has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Andrew began their career as a Project Manager at Sin Lek Manufactory in 2001 and held this position until 2009. Andrew then joined Resorts World Sentosa, where they worked in various roles, including Mechanical Engineer, Ride Show Manager, Safety & Compliance Manager, and Assistant Director. During their time at Resorts World Sentosa, Andrew was responsible for managing rides and shows, providing mechanical engineering solutions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. In 2015, they joined Mandai Wildlife Group as the Director of Technical Services and eventually progressed to become the current Vice President of Technical Services. In this role, Andrew oversees the Technical Services Team, develops operational standards, manages budgets, and ensures the delivery of tasks to agreed standards.

Andrew Chai completed a Master's degree in Precision Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 2001.
