Belina also held the roles of Group Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, and Chief Corporate Development Officer at Mandai Wildlife Group, where they led various initiatives to drive the company's triple bottom line goals.

Before joining Mandai Wildlife Group, Belina was the CEO of Mandai Global and held leadership positions at Mastercard, American Express, and Singapore Airlines. At Mastercard, they played a key role in re-engineering the strategic role of direct-to-consumer integrated marketing and led the expansion of the premium product portfolio in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. At American Express, they were involved in launching the Amex Centurion program in Singapore and driving customer engagement and retention initiatives. At Singapore Airlines, Belina headed the KrisFlyer frequent flyer program and played a role in developing the airline's online booking capability and revenue management analytics.
