Marcus Heng

Marcus Heng has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Marcus is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mandai Wildlife Group since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Sentosa Development Corporation as the HR Partnership & Policy Director, leading a team of 13 HR professionals. Marcus also has experience at SATS Ltd., where they held the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits and managed a team for the company's compensation and benefits programs. Before that, they had several roles at LTA, including Deputy Director of Human Resource Development and Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Throughout their career, Marcus has been involved in various HR integration projects and has extensive experience in formulating HR policies, employee compensation, benefits, and welfare schemes.

Marcus Heng holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (1st Class Hons) with a double major in Human Resources Management and Organisational Communication from The University of Waikato, completed from 1997 to 1999. Marcus also obtained a Specialist Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, completed from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, Marcus Heng has certifications in Interview Architect and Leadership Architect 101 from Korn/Ferry International powered by Lominger, obtained in 2013. Marcus also possesses certifications in Facilitator for 7-Habits of Highly Effective People and WorkPlace Big 5 Profiling, though the institutions and specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
