Belina Lee currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mandai X and Mandai Global, driving growth and innovation within the Mandai Wildlife Group. With extensive experience in transformation and strategic development, Belina leads initiatives aimed at building capabilities across digital, innovation, and sustainability to achieve organizational objectives focusing on Planet, People, and Performance. Prior roles include Deputy CEO at Mandai Wildlife Group, where efforts included leading a comprehensive transformation agenda, and various senior positions at Mastercard and American Express, where Belina successfully launched multiple award-winning initiatives and developed premium product strategies. Belina holds a degree from the National University of Singapore and completed a program in Product Strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
