Hayley Winchcombe

Hayley Winchcombe is an experienced Engagement Manager at Mandala, actively serving since December 2022. In 2023, Hayley holds the position of Associate in Economics, Policy & Strategy at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, while also contributing as a Board Member of the Australia-ASEAN Council. From 2018 to 2023, Hayley was the Co-founder and Board Chair of the ASEAN-Australia Strategic Youth Partnership, facilitating programs connecting young Australians with Southeast Asian peers. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer and Strategy Consultant at Accenture, alongside positions in academic support and as an Inaugural New Colombo Plan ASEAN Fellow at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Hayley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Philosophy with First Class Honours from The University of Western Australia and a Diploma of International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
