Joanne Abma Cpp

Joanne Abma, CPP, is an experienced HR and Payroll Manager with a comprehensive background in processing payroll for large employee groups across multiple states. Currently serving as the HR/Payroll Manager at Mandalay Homes since July 2023, Joanne oversees bi-weekly payroll for 60 employees using Paylocity and manages the on-boarding process for new hires. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of Payroll Manager at HOAMCO from March 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $26 million annual payroll for up to 650 employees across multiple locations. Additional roles include Payroll/Human Resources Manager positions at Elite Aerospace Group, Stack's Bowers Galleries, and Playmates Toys Inc, all of which involved detailed payroll processing, final pay calculations, and oversight of HR functions. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
