Andrea Downes

Andrea Downes is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in revenue management and operations. Currently serving as VP Global Revenue Operations and VP Performance for Europe and Asia at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since January 2012, Andrea previously held key positions such as Regional Vice President of Revenue Management EMEA and Regional Director of Revenue Management for the same group. Prior experience includes Director of Revenue for Rocco Forte's Brown's Hotel and Director of Inventory and Analysis Management at Marriott International, where responsibilities included oversight of multiple properties. Additional roles encompass Director of Revenue Strategy at London Marriott Hotel Park Lane and Inventory Manager at Renaissance London Chancery Court Hotel. Andrea holds a BSc Hons in Hospitality Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, awarded in 2000.
