Edward Dustin

Edward Dustin, FMP, currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since May 2008, where participation on the Executive Committee involves collaboration with colleagues during the hotel's pre-opening phase to develop policies and procedures for facility maintenance. Prior to this role, Edward held the same position at OMNI PARKER HOUSE HOTEL from October 2005 to May 2008, focusing on enhancing hotel projects and improving guest and associate satisfaction. Edward also worked at FAIRMONT from November 1998 to October 2005, contributing to strategic planning and managing a 5-year capital plan in coordination with the Corporate Design & Construction team. Additionally, Edward gained early experience as an Engineer at Lenox Hotel from 1992 to 1996.
