Ivan Alvarez is a seasoned culinary leader with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Since June 2015, Ivan has served as the Director of Culinary Operations and F&B at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, following a series of progressive roles including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef within the organization. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Sous Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, and Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. Ivan's educational background includes training at Begona School of Hotel Management.
