Marc Epper

Marc Epper has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving in various management roles at prestigious hotels. Notably, Marc held the position of General Manager and Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Previous roles include Hotel Manager at The Peninsula Hotels and multiple Food & Beverage positions at Grand Hyatt locations in Hong Kong and Jakarta. Early in their career, Marc gained valuable experience as a Food & Beverage Intern at Baur au Lac Hotel Zürich. Marc holds a degree from EHL, where studies were completed between 2006 and 2010.
