Nicolas Dubort is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since February 2020, Nicolas has previously held the Hotel Manager position at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and at Mandarin Oriental, New York. Early career roles include Director of Food & Beverage at both Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and Mandarin Oriental, New York, as well as various managerial positions at prestigious hotels such as The Huntley Hotel, Hotel Bel-Air, The Beverly Hills Hotel, and The Dorchester. Nicolas holds a BTS in Hospitality Management from Jean Quarre, Paris, earned between 1994 and 2000.
