Nicoleta Cucos

Nicoleta Cucos is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Talent and Culture Leader at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since March 2022, Nicoleta previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Hospitality Solutions from September 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts spanned from August 2012 to August 2019, where Nicoleta held the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources for the Middle East, India, Indian Ocean, Europe, and North America. Nicoleta holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin.
