Rachael Cotter is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Strategy at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since August 2018. Rachael has held various roles within the group, including Revenue and Reservations Manager and Director of Business Travel Sales. Prior to this, Rachael worked at The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue as a Senior Sales Manager, following a position as Business Travel Sales Manager at Hôtel Plaza Athénée New York and Sales Associate at Waldorf Astoria New York. Rachael's career in hospitality began at SLS South Beach as a Regional Sales Coordinator and Front Desk Agent. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College in Boston.
