Saundra Waggoner

Saundra Waggoner serves as the Assistant Director of Spa and Wellness at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts since September 2018 and has a long-standing tenure with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where roles have included Assistant Director of Spa, Spa Operations Manager, Spa Assistant Manager, and Spa Supervisor, beginning in October 2009. Waggoner possesses extensive experience in supervising daily spa operations, providing leadership and coaching for colleagues, and preparing work schedules. Waggoner has also contributed to preopening efforts by assisting with Standard Operating Procedures and training implementations, while maintaining a high level of personalized guest service. Waggoner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate's Degree from the College of Southern Nevada in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
