Tero Särkijärvi

Tero S. serves as a Senior Adviser in both Human Resource Development (HRD) and Human Resources (HR) at the Police of Finland since January 2011, having previously held roles as Coordinator of HR and Secretary of Finance within the organization. Prior experience includes working at the Prime Minister's Office from June 2007 to December 2010, where Tero S. contributed as a Finance Secretary, Secretary, and Administrative Assistant. Tero S. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Business from Laurea University of Applied Sciences (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution (2003-2007).
