Maayan Blum

Maayan Blum, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Leadership Fellow at the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership since January 2024. Blum has held various roles at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation since May 2014, including Director of Community Planning, Assistant Director of Community Planning and Allocations, and Senior Planning Associate. Previous experience includes positions at Children's Home Society of Florida, where Blum worked from 2002 to May 2014, progressing from Quality Management Specialist to Quality Management Manager. Additional roles include Marketing Manager and Office Manager at Sagir International Translations, Ltd. from 1995 to 2000, and Chief Airborne Medic Instructor in the Israeli Defense Forces Air Force from 1993 to 1995. Maayan Blum earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
