Dave Baumgartner

Dave has oversight of internal information technology and security organizations. And as leader of Managed Solutions he is responsible for ensuring our technology enabled, human expertise backed offerings keep customers safe. Together these roles help Mandiant ensure we protect our customers the same way we would protect ourselves.

Prior to the divestiture of FireEye, Dave was CIO of the joint FireEye/Mandiant company. Dave had previously served as Vice President of Cyber Security for Target where he was responsible for launching their first Cyber Fusion Center combining leading edge capabilities across Cyber Intelligence, Event Detection, Incident Response, Red Team & Penetration Testing, and Cyber Engineering.

Prior to Target, Dave led Mandiant’s professional services team across Canada, LATAM, and Central US. In this role he was responsible for the oversight and delivery of all services and assisted with the post-acquisition strategy to combine forces between FireEye and Mandiant.
