Elliot Parks

Elliot Parks is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and organizational change management, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the State, Local & Education (SLED) division at Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, since September 2023. Parks previously held the position of Advisory Services Lead at Ascent Solutions, where leadership was provided to cybersecurity consulting teams and strategic offerings were developed to align clients with Zero Trust principles. Prior roles at Mandiant included Senior Manager and Manager in SLED, focusing on consulting services delivery and cybersecurity engagements for various U.S. governmental entities. Parks has also contributed to PwC, working as a Manager in the Cyber Program Effectiveness Team and participating in several roles in their Advisory division. The early career includes service as a Marine, specializing in Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare, and experience with Grayling USA in government relations. Elliot Parks holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
